This is a collection of our driveway work. We strive to use only the best pavings stones from Techo Bloc, Genest, and Gagne and Son. Long term satisfaction with any paver installation often comes down to the prep work however. A driveway is a big investment. We don't take that investment lightly. We are equally invested in our ability to install beautiful and long lasting paver driveways both conventional installations and permeable installations. As with almost any creation the prep work is everything. We purchased a Weber reversible plate compactor in 2014 with Compatrol. At the time Weber was the only manufacturer to deliver a compactor that tested the completeness of compaction through onboard technology. 90 percent of paving failures come down to compaction issues. We wanted to be a leader and needed to issuer the compaction was complete and verifiable. Check out these results.

Whether its seed or sod when it comes to lawns we can do it. We have installed sod on both the large and small scale as well as seeded lawns from scratch. We can install permanent irrigation systems to support the lawns development and ongoing needs, or we can install temporary irrigation measures to make sure your lawn gets through germination and establishment.

When it comes to a New England winter we are willing to take it all on. From plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, snow relocation, snow removal, sanding and salting. We are here to help manage what mother nature dishes out.

This Page Features permeable installations. Both patios and driveway. My first permeable installation was in 2011. A simple walkway that was going to receive a lot of run off from a roof valley. From there my confidence and the scope of projects have grown. Our largest installation to date is a 1800 square foot permeable paver driveway in Portland. We continue to install a greater and greater percentage of our work as permeable hardscapes. The benefits are worth it. Greater drainage around a home. More flexibility with slopes and pitches. There is less run off in suburban settings, and most noticeable of all in a northern climate no noticeable movement during freeze and thaw Customers love the reduced ice to contend with in the winter as well.
